This is the easiest of the basic 4 upper body exercise routines that you can do with resistance tubes. Get a good, baisc workout for you chest, back, shoulders, and arms, in in less then five minutes by simply changing the direction you face, and your body&#8217;s orientation to the door anchor as you do the exercises. In this video, I leave the door anchor at chest level to do all 4 exercises. This means you need to bend a little further to do the overhead press and overhead pulldown then you would if you moved the door anchor lower and higher for those exercises. I have another video showing how to move the door anchor as you go through the exercises.
